BOARDING HOUSE REGULATIONS AND CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. Act with consideration towards other residents, staff and neighbours

  2. Possessing drugs or drug related paraphernalia as well as weapons or items that resemble weapons, is not allowed

  3. It is not allowed to possess or drink beer, wine or liquor at the Boarding House

  4. Music, computers etc. must not be a nuisance to other residents

  5. Loud activities are not permitted after 11 PM

  6. Abuse of the Wi-Fi provided by the Boarding House is not allowed

  7. Please keep your room clean and tidy, there will be obligatory supervision with rooms by the staff. Freezer oven and other that sort of things are not allowed at the room. It is not allowed moving around the furniture.

  8. Putting things at the walls is not allowed.

  9. You cannot have animals in your room at the Boarding House

  10. Always lock your door and keep exit doors closed – remember the key card!!

  11. Remember to tidy up after yourself when you leave a room

  12. If you need to leave the Boarding House for more than a couple of days, you must inform the staff

  13. It is not allowed to rent or loan out your room to others. If you do so anyway – your rental will be terminated immediately.

  14. You are responsible for any damage you inflict in the Boarding House buildings as well as lost keys and there will be economical repercussions

  15. It is only permitted to smoke outside the Boarding House in the designated area. SMOKING AT THE ROOM WILL COST YOU A FEE (Cleaning) of DDK 2500,00.

 

VIOLATIONS OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT MAY RESULT IN ECONOMICAL COMPENSATION AND/OR EXPULSION FROM THE BOARDING HOUSE

 

Insurance: The Boarding House is comprised by the States self-insurance and do not cover your personal things, or damages cause by you or visitors. You have to check your insurance whether it covers your stay at the Boarding house.
